About this event

Allergic reactions and anaphylaxis are high on the agenda for Public Health Wales and the Resuscitation Council (UK) and is a subject that continues to gain media attention in today’s society. Devised by an inspirational group of 3rd year Swansea University nursing students, this conference will raise awareness and highlight issues associated with allergies and anaphylaxis.

Hear from experts in the field who will present current findings and discuss their impact on individuals and the wider community, along with personal experiences of people affected by allergies and anaphylaxis.

Offering an interactive format that encourages discussion and debate, delegates will have the opportunity to become involved in improving practice.

Who should attend?

Medical Staff - doctors, nurses, midwives, paramedics, allied health care professionals and health care students from primary and secondary care.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to those who attend.

Wedi'i chynllunio gan grŵp ysbrydoledig o fyfyrwyr nyrsio Prifysgol Abertawe yn eu 3ydd flwyddyn, bydd y gynhadledd hon yn codi ymwybyddiaeth ac yn tynnu sylw at faterion sy'n gysylltiedig ag alergeddau ac anaffylacsis.

Cewch glywed gan arbenigwyr yn y maes a fydd yn cyflwyno canfyddiadau cyfredol ac yn trafod eu heffaith ar unigolion a'r gymuned ehangach, ynghyd â phrofiadau personol o bobl a effeithir gan alergeddau ac anaffylacsis.
